The Director, EMF Go-To-Market Lead is responsible for defining and executing segment‑specific GTM strategies that accelerate adoption of Visa Direct and real‑time payment solutions across high‑velocity platforms, merchants, and ecosystem partners. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, marketing, and product, with a mandate to expand the EMF ecosystem, unlock new use cases, and drive scalable growth across remitters, enablers, merchants, and fintech’s.
The Director will lead a high‑performing team, partner closely with Product, Sales and Marketing, and serve as an external ambassador for Visa Direct at industry events and strategic client engagements. This role requires deep expertise in real‑time payments and money movement, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex, multi‑rail solutions into clear customer and partner value.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $207,500.00 to 332,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
