Job Description

Purpose

In a world shaped by AI, systems are no longer just built — they are orchestrated.

In this role, you work within a SCRUM team to design and build process-driven solutions that connect systems and automate real business flows.

You work across the full lifecycle — from modeling processes and decisions, through integrations and implementation, to ensuring resilient, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

You bring independent technical expertise, contribute to architecture and design decisions, and help others grow by sharing best practices.

You will cover end-to-end process lifecycle: BPMN modeling, DMN decision design, REST integrations, job worker implementation, error handling, versioning, and deployment governance.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design and build workflow-based solutions in Camunda
• Turn business requirements into clear process logic
• Automate and connect systems and services
• Work in an Agile (SCRUM) team
• Create simple, useful documentation
• Design solutions that are scalable and reliable
• Explore and improve automation approaches
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Thinks in flows, states, and decisions, not just endpoints
• Understands how to model real-world complexity into structured logic
• Has experience with process modeling (BPMN or similar concepts)
• Is comfortable working across distributed systems and integrations
• Understands data, persistence, and system behavior at scale
• Can take ownership and drive solutions independently
• Can turn complex problems into clear solutions
• Have experience with process or workflow design
• Are comfortable working with multiple systems and integrations
• Understand how systems behave with data and at scale
• Take ownership and get things done independently

Possible specialization:

• Experience with process design and workflow systems (Camunda 8, BMPN2.0 advantage)
• Ability to model processes and decisions in a clear way
• Experience with API integrations and system communication
• Understanding of asynchronous / background processing
• Focus on reliable and stable solutions (error handling)
• Experience with versioning and deployments

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3100€ /brutto.
