We’re seeking a motivated legal intern for the Summer 2026 to join Duetti’s Legal Department. This internship offers a firsthand legal experience at the intersection of law, music, and technology within a fast-paced startup environment. Interns will engage in the drafting of purchase agreements for music assets, legal research and due diligence relating to distribution, licensing, and financing agreements, and will have the opportunity to interface with industry stakeholders and opposing counsel.
Aid and support the Legal Department in day-to-day legal tasks.
Review and prepare memos on distribution, license, publishing, and related agreements.
Support legal research on topics related to music rights, international copyright and music rights, compliance, and other similar topics.
Help prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the legal and business development teams on cross-functional projects.
Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to project coordination.
1L, 2L, 3L or LLM from an ABA certified law school.
Available part time or full-time from June through August 2026 (flexible), with a minimum of three days per week.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
A clear and proactive communicator who enjoys teamwork and problem-solving.
Curious about the legal aspects of the entertainment and technology industries and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
