Design Brand & Motion Designer at AudioEye

Creates brand assets, editorial layouts, and motion graphics that translate complex accessibility topics into visually compelling designs for marketing and content teams.

Mid Remote Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Team

At AudioEye, we believe access to digital content is a fundamental right, not a privilege. Our mission is clear: eliminate every barrier to digital accessibility so that everyone, regardless of ability, can experience the web without limitations.

We are a team of passionate problem-solvers who are driven by purpose and impact. Every challenge we tackle moves us closer to a future where creating accessible experiences is the standard. If you’re looking for meaningful work where you can drive real change, influence how people with disabilities experience the internet, and be part of a mission that matters, AudioEye is the place for you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a freelance Brand & Motion Designer to join our small, in-house creative team on a part-time, contract basis. The work spans ad creative, blog assets, editorial layout, simple motion design, and lightweight video editing, so we’re looking for someone with real range and a point of view. This is a great fit for a designer who leads with craft, has strong opinions about type, and gets excited by translating dense, technical subject matter into something people actually want to look at. You test design concepts quickly, communicate clearly, and can manage your own projects.

How you’ll Contribute:

  • Ad creative and blog assets that translate complex topics (accessibility law, compliance standards, technical concepts) into work that’s considered, visual, and well-crafted
  • Layout and editorial design for guides, reports, and collateral with a strong eye for typography, hierarchy, spacing, and grid systems
  • Motion design and video editing that brings static assets and product spotlights to life
  • Cross-functional collaboration with brand, content, product, and digital marketing teams

Who you are:

  • 3 - 5 years of design experience with a portfolio showing illustration, editorial design, and conceptual range
  • Able to execute motion design and video editing independently in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalents). This role does not need to be a motion specialist, but you should be comfortable with LottieFiles and basic timeline work
  • Figma fluency, and a habit of pulling references, building moodboards, and designing inside a layered brand system
  • Familiarity with AI and generative image tools. We won’t lean on them heavily, but you should feel comfortable prompting and iterating as needed
  • Self-directed, communicative in writing, and able to overlap with PST timezone morning meetings at least twice a week
  • Bonus points for accessibility awareness such as WCAG color contrast and inclusive design principles

Our Values:

  • Relentlessly Prioritize the Customer
  • Own Outcomes
  • Be Straightforward
  • Act Now & Iterate
  • Grit
  • Decide with Data
  • Hire and Develop A Players
  • Be Coachable
  • Organize and Plan
  • Expect and Embrace Change

We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates’ personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All AudioEye recruiting email communications will always come from the @greenhouse.io domain or audioeye.com . Any outreach claiming to be from AudioEye via other sources should be ignored.

Equal Opportunity Employer: We embrace equal employment opportunity. AudioEye is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees. It is our policy that employees will not be subjected to unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, marital status, sexual orientation, political ideology and any other basis protected by federal, state, or local laws. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including but not limited to: recruitment, hiring, transfers, promotions, training, discipline, termination, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, education, and social and recreational programs. We welcome and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, abilities, and seek to ensure that all candidates have the opportunity to showcase their skills and qualifications during the hiring process. Please email accommodations@audioeye.com if you require an accommodation.

Notice to Staffing Agencies: It is our policy that any and all contact with third party staffing vendors come through our Talent Acquisition department directly. We have established a preferred network of staffing partners that we engage with if and when we deem necessary. We ask that staffing agencies refrain from contacting our executives, hiring managers, or employees directly. Unsolicited resumes and inquiries will not be considered or responded to. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Design Content Designer at Our Future Health UK

Content Designer creates clear, accessible health information experiences and shapes information architecture for product squads using research and evidence.

Mid Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Our Future Health is the UK’s largest ever health research programme, bringing people together to transform the future of healthcare. Today, millions of people across the UK live with conditions such as cancer, dementia, diabetes, and heart disease. By bringing together 5 million volunteers from across the UK, Our Future Health is creating one of the most detailed pictures of human health ever assembled.

About Content Design

How do we help people understand complex health information in ways that feel clear, useful and trustworthy? How do we design experiences that work for people with different needs, backgrounds and levels of confidence? How do we support more people to feel informed, included and empowered to take part in health research?

These are the kinds of challenges you’ll work on a Content Designer at Our Future Health.

This role goes far beyond writing copy. Content design at Our Future Health is about understanding problems deeply, using evidence and insight to shape decisions, and designing experiences that are not just usable, but useful — from journeys and navigation to information architecture, interaction flows and content strategy.

You’ll report into our Head of Content Design and be part of a growing content design practice where your work can make a real difference.

The role

As a Content Designer in a product squad, you’ll work closely with Researchers, Behavioural Scientists, Product Managers, Product Designers and Engineers to discover, define, develop and deliver our ambitious programme. Together, you’ll shape experiences that help people engage with Our Future Health in ways that feel simple, supportive and human.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing clear, accessible and useful content and experiences across products and services.
  • Taking ownership of content within your product squad, understanding the problems we’re trying to solve and helping shape solutions in collaboration with Product, Design and Engineering.
  • Working closely with wide-ranging internal teams — from Researchers and Scientists to Ethics and Community Engagement. You’ll collaborate effectively to shape meaningful design decisions.
  • Contributing to discovery work, workshops, journey mapping and experience design activity.
  • Improving information architecture, navigation, hierarchy and user flows — not just interface copy.
  • Using evidence, research and data to test and iterate on content decisions.
  • Championing inclusive and accessible content design practices.
  • Helping teams think more clearly about content, structure and the overall user experience.
  • Taking a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, managing priorities and balancing delivery realities.
  • Helping contribute to our Content Operations and standards.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working as a Content Designer within a product or service design environment.
  • A good understanding of content design beyond microcopy — including information architecture, navigation, content strategy, taxonomy and flows.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to product thinking and outcomes, not just outputs.
  • The ability to simplify complex problems and make sense of ambiguity.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment, managing timelines, priorities and feedback from different stakeholders.
  • A pragmatic mindset and a proactive approach to getting things done.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be used to working with people from right across an organisation, including subject matter experts.
  • Experience of framing problems, influencing decisions and bringing people together around a shared direction.
  • A good understanding of accessible and inclusive content design.
  • Curiosity about people, behaviour and how evidence can shape better experiences.
  • If you’ve worked in healthcare or a regulated environment before, that’s great too.

How you work

  • You care about outcomes, not just outputs, and you’re great at articulating them.
  • You’re collaborative, and good at influencing and bring people along with you.
  • You’re comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • You’re proactive, pragmatic and great at solving problems with a “can-do” approach.
  • You can juggle different contexts and enjoy untangling complexity and creating clarity.
  • You know great content design is about the whole experience, not just the words on the screen.
  • You’re good at presenting, facilitating and working with teams at all levels to get great outcomes.

Closing date for applications: 9am, 12th June.

  • Salary - ÂŁ55,000.
  • Generous Pension Scheme – We invest in your future with employer contributions of up to 12%.
  • 30 Days Holiday pro rata + Bank Holidays – Enjoy a generous holiday allowance with the flexibility to take bank holidays when it suits you.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave – Supporting you during life’s biggest moments.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme – Save 25-39% on a new bike and accessories through salary sacrifice.
  • Home & Tech Savings – Get up to 8% off on IKEA and Currys products, spreading the cost over 12 months through salary sacrifice
  • ÂŁ1,000 Employee Referral Bonus – Know someone amazing? Get rewarded for bringing them on board!
  • Wellbeing Support – Access to Mental Health First Aiders, plus 24⁄7 online GP services and an Employee Assistance Programme for you and your family.
  • A Great Place to Work – We have a lovely Central London office in Holborn, and offer flexible and remote working arrangements.

At Our Future Health, we recognise the importance of having a diverse workforce and ensuring that all candidates, regardless of their background, have equitable access to our application process. We proactively encourage applicants who identify as having a disability, neurodiversity, or long-term health conditions to let us know if they require any reasonable adjustments as part of their application process.

If you do require any reasonable adjustments, please email us at talent@ourfuturehealth.org.uk

Design Product Designer at SwingDev—a hippo company

Design intuitive internal tools and platforms for insurance operations, partnering with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipped features.

Mid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

SwingDev—a hippo company is the Polish branch of a fast-growing InsurTech product company – Hippo Insurance. We’re here to make home insurance smarter and more proactive, using tech to bring fresh solutions. We also create digital products that support our customers, always focusing on what really makes an impact.

Putting a lot of effort into hiring top-tier professionals is a proof that we care a lot about tech experience, the attitude, human approach, and what we could call „culture fit”.

„SwingDev is all about people” - yes, it may sound a bit cliche. But whether we’re writing code or just hanging out, we know that people are at the heart of everything we do. We like to have a good time and keep things light, even when we’re tackling big projects. We could brag about what’s making us special, but we’ve boiled it down to two key ingredients: mature, companionable people who, rather than compete, prefer to inspire and have each other’s backs; a culture of trust, empathy, and positivity that keeps us together, lets us interact as teammates and friends, and truly enjoy the ride.

So if you’re a Mid Product Designer looking to shake things up and have a good time while you’re at it, you’ve come to the right place. 🚀

About the role:

You’ll be the solo Product Designer on Hippo’s internal tools – from claims platforms and underwriting AI to agent portals and beyond. The work is dense and complex, but it’s also the kind that matters – every improvement you ship is felt by real people doing real jobs. You’ll be designing for the moment AI hands off to a human – one of the more interesting problems in product design right now. It’s a tight team of ~9 with weekly crits, a clear growth path, and just enough structure to keep things moving.

What will you do?

  • You’ll design intuitive, accessible internal tools that Hippo teams use every day – the kind of work where you can message your users on Slack and watch your designs move metrics within a sprint.
  • You’ll partner with PMs and Engineers from discovery onward – defining problems, exploring solutions, shipping features that move real operational metrics (handle time, error rates, throughput).
  • You’ll run user interviews, shadow sessions, and lightweight feedback loops with the people who actually use the tools.
  • You’ll sketch, wireframe, and prototype at the right fidelity for the question you’re trying to answer (we use Figma and LLMs daily).
  • You’ll facilitate the messy conversations that get product, design, and engineering aligned.
  • You’ll share your work openly: process, half-formed ideas, and mistakes included. You’ll show up to design crits with opinions and leave with better work.

We might be a match if you…

  • Have 3+ years shipping production work, with a portfolio that shows your process, your data, and your impact.
  • Know Figma well: components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping – the works.
  • Are comfortable with data-dense, workflow-heavy interfaces: tables, filters, dashboards, multi-step flows, power-user shortcuts.
  • Use LLMs as part of your design toolkit (Claude sits next to Figma here – research synth, draft thinking, prototyping, writing).
  • Can run solo on a project with Staff Designer support when you need it.
  • Take initiative – spot a broken meeting, suggest a fix; get a vague brief, push back; see a better way, bring it up.
  • Are fluent in English and available in the afternoons 2-3 days a week(occasional evening calls for US time zones).
  • Show up: camera on during calls, team events when they happen, and the occasional dumb meme in Slack. We’re remote but not Slack-only. Dogs and cats very welcome – we’re unapologetically a pet-friendly team (proof).
  • Have a clear design process you can talk through – you can defend ideas without getting precious about them, and you give and take feedback honestly (we do weekly design crits).

You’ll get extra points for:

  • Experience with internal tools or ops-heavy products (admin panels, agent consoles, claims tools, CRMs, etc.).
  • Experience designing AI-powered features: chatbots, agent assistance, AI-driven workflows, LLM-in-the-loop interfaces.
  • Some context on US home insurance, claims, or insurance operations – or genuine curiosity to learn it.
  • Experience working with US stakeholders and the time-zone juggling that comes with it.

Design Product Designer at SwingDev—a hippo company

Mid-level Product Designer designing intuitive internal tools for insurance claims, underwriting, and agent portals, partnering with PMs and engineers through discovery to shipping.

Recruitment process:

  • Send us your CV and portfolio – it’s the best way for us to get to know you. A portfolio is required to be considered!

Mid Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteOK Dev
What this role involves

Department: Art Team

Location: Warsaw (Remote)

Description

RubyPlay is a place where passion meets competence. Since 2017, we’ve made more than 200 innovative games and built more than 100 strong partnerships globally!

Proud to be:
  • The Winner at BFTH Arena Awards — Best Online Casino Game
  • Shortlisted for SBC Awards 2024 — Casino/Slots Developer of the Year
  • A strong player on 10+ markets globally
  • Beloved workplace for hundreds of specialists from 34 countries
We are now looking for a passionate 2D artist. We need someone who is genuinely driven by art, constantly draws, and gets a kick out of creating juicy, crisp, and super-polished visuals.

We have nothing against image generation, but AI shouldn't be used to cover up a lack of fundamental skills (light, color, form, composition). We need people whose manual drawing skills and foundational knowledge surpass what generation can output.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Symbols: Draw consistent sets with an obvious visual hierarchy. Your art must be flawlessly readable on any mobile screen
  • Backgrounds: Create deep atmospheres while smartly managing the player's focus. The background should set the mood but technically guide the eye to the main elements (the reels)
  • Characters: Create charismatic heroes with a twist. Properly prepare assets for animation, conceptualizing and drawing clearly readable stages and visual upgrades
  • UI, Pop-ups & Features: Design cool and intuitive in-game UI. Create interface elements that evoke emotion but remain crystal clear and highly functional (smart work with typography, text, banners, and composition)

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

  • Strong Fundamentals. Excellent understanding of design, color, light, volume, perspective, and spatial thinking
  • Experience in Slots is a must. You understand the specifics of the iGaming genre, technical requirements, and know what functional slot art should look like
  • Independence. We work without micromanagement. We expect you to drive your own tasks, work within given timeframes, avoid drowning in perfectionism for its own sake, and proactively resolve blockers
  • English. Confident spoken level for comfortable communication and teamwork
What AI Skills we need:
  • Character/background concept draft creation and variation expansion using Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Nano Banana etc
  • Reduce production time and build an efficient AI art pipeline by porting AI tools to existing art
  • Post-fixing and high-resolution upscaling of AI productsIdentify the latest generative AI trends and provide guidance on using AI tools
Qualification Requirements:
  • People who have a high level of understanding of modeling, color, and composition before using AI tools
  • A person with excellent sophisticated prompt design and parameter control capabilities to produce the intended results
What we want to see in your portfolio:
  • Commercial & Personal Work: Show us what you've done for business, but also show us your studies and sketches. We want to see how you think and develop, and that you draw not just for work, but for yourself
  • Teamwork / Shipped Projects: Don't be shy about attaching screenshots of finished slots and team projects! Just honestly caption your exact contribution. We know gamedev is a team sport
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Spine 2D / 3D (any software for block-outs)
  • WIPs (Work in Progress steps) from your past projects

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Remote-first flexibility — Work from anywhere with a setup for deep focus and work-life balance
  • Learning & growth — Development budgets and dedicated days to upskill and explore new areas
  • Health & wellness — Medical coverage and well-being budgets to help you feel balanced, strong, and supported
  • Yearly bonus — Rewards based on company success and your impact
  • Career growth — Vertical and horizontal opportunities to grow and advance
  • Global team — Talented, diverse colleagues you’ll enjoy working with

Design Product Designer

Design and ship product features for a healthcare app, from concept through implementation, using AI tools to accelerate the design process.

Mid Posted 3 days ago RemoteOK Dev
What this role involves
The Role

We're looking for a product designer who designs, prototypes, and ships. Someone who knows the difference between software that works and software that makes someone smile.

Clinicians use Heidi to get away from keyboards and back to patients. We want the product to feel as considered as the best software you've ever used: cohesive, quiet, and precise across every surface. When a clinician's tools feel right, they spend less time fighting software and more time with patients. That's the job.

You'll own specific features across Heidi's product surface, from the first rough frame through to what lands in front of clinicians. You'll work directly with engineers, care about the 3px padding issue as much as the information architecture, and ship work you're proud of, not just work that passes review.

This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne. If you're somewhere else and you're exceptional, we'll make it work.

We don't care about logos. Show us what you've made, and tell us why it's good.

What You'll Do

  • Produce pixel-precise, interaction-complete work you'd put in your portfolio, not work that just clears the bar
  • Use AI tools as part of your process: generating variants, accelerating exploration, moving from rough concept to refined solution faster than traditional workflows allow
  • Work directly with engineers during implementation, reviewing builds and flagging where quality has slipped from the spec
  • Sweat the details that separate good software from trusted software: type choices, spacing, motion, micro-interactions
  • Work within and contribute to the design system: apply existing patterns with rigour, flag where patterns are missing or broken
  • Share work early, give honest critique, and receive feedback with the same seriousness you'd give it

What We're Looking For

  • A portfolio that shows craft at the component and screen level. We want to feel something when we look at it, not just follow the UX flow.
  • You use AI tools (Figma AI, Claude Code, or similar) as part of your workflow: regularly and with intent, not occasionally
  • Strong foundational skills: typography, layout, colour, component architecture. The kind of thing you can see immediately in someone's work.
  • You can defend a design decision without referencing user testing; you have opinions about easing curves, optical versus mathematical alignment, and why a component should be structured the way it is
  • When you see a broken pattern in production, your instinct is to fix it, not file a ticket

If you answer 'no' to these, this may not be the job for you:

  • Are you geeky about software? Have you picked up a new tool in the last two weeks and gotten excited about it?
  • Does inconsistent spacing in a shipped product genuinely bother you?
  • Can you defend a design decision without referencing user testing?
  • Are you able to ship without a design system team, governance structure, and research coordinators at your beck and call?
  • Does the prospect of turning clinical chaos into something quiet, precise, and beautiful make you feel fuzzy inside?

Why Heidi?

Our health systems hurt everybody. Systems are log-jammed, clinicians' lives degrade in quality, and patients churn through the meat-grinder.

This is neither a special nor interesting insight.

However, it means we're solving a real problem. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians use Heidi. Every clinician using Heidi gets hours back in their day. This is the starting point to build the product of your dreams: immense distribution, and a world of potential.

You'll join a team that doesn't celebrate fundraise milestones, imaginary valuations, and glossy PR. We live and breathe the pain of modern health systems, and won't rest until we've exacted the change we'd like to see. We're medicos, engineers, and designers who've felt (on every side of the equation) what non-care feels like - the moral and practical toll as a provider or receiver.

The bad news is it's not an easy job - you will tear your hair out more than once. Modern technology company concepts don't transpose unto healthcare easily. The lows are really low.

The good news is you will trust and admire everybody you work with, and rest easy knowing you're doing THE defining work of your career. The highs are blindingly high.

Heidi will take care of you. We offer a $1,000 annual learning and development budget, a $150/month health and wellness allowance, a $500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to $10,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity.

True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we don't track hours or micromanage - you're trusted to perform. We value mental health and adapt to your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally.
